Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Prospr Capital ("Prospr", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Not investment advice
Prospr is a portfolio analytics and strategy discovery tool. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment advisory services. Prospr Capital is not a registered investment advisor. All investment decisions are yours alone. Investing involves risk including the possible loss of principal.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Prospr. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@prosprcapital.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Brokerage connections
Brokerage connections are provided through SnapTrade on a read-only basis. Prospr cannot place trades or move funds. You authorise Prospr to access your portfolio data solely to provide the platform's features. You may revoke access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent any security measure; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) transmit viruses or malicious code; or (e) interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality on the platform — including software, text, graphics, and AI-generated analyses — are owned by Prospr Capital Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prospr Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
